Boo! The Halloween Festival Returns to Disneyland This Fall!
The Halloween season has officially begun as earlier this month Disney announced their official plans for the 2022 spooky season with Disneyland Paris seeing the return of a fan favourite event featuring everyone’s favourite villains including Cruella de Vil, Maleficent, Captain Hook, The Queen of Hearts and more!
Starting October 1st the Disney Villains will come out to play as they take over the Disneyland Paris 30th anniversary celebrations right through until November 6th.
In the usual Halloween fashion, Disneyland Paris will be adorned with pumpkins, garlands, lanterns and skeletons and for the first time ever even the Disneyland Hotels will join in with the fall décor.
This year will also see the return of ‘Mickey’s Halloween Celebration’ Cavalcade after a two-year absence in which Mickey and his friends will all be decked out in their ‘most boo-tiful’ Halloween costumes as Mickey rides upon his awe inspiring ‘Illusion Manor’ float.
To end the evening the Disney Villains will put on a night-time spectacular as part of the 30th Anniversary celebrations with incredible drones on display alongside Disney’s illuminations, projections and fountain displays.
Now you can’t celebrate Halloween without some awesome Disney Exclusive treats and merchandise and the Disney 2022 line-up certainly doesn’t disappoint with items inspired by Mickey & Friends, the Disney Villains and the fan favourite Tim Burton movie ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’.
New Treats this year include the ‘Wicked Whip’, a Maleficent Sundae, a ‘Mickey Mummy’ Lollipop as well as beverages including the ‘Little Devil’ cocktail, the Oogie Boogie mocktail and the ‘Poisoned Apple’. I don’t know about you but this year’s line-up looks to die for!
Whether it be Spooktacular selections of food or Terrifying trips down MainStreet with your favourite Villains, now is the time to book a trip to Disneyland Paris to have one hell of a Halloween party with you and your family! That is if you aren’t too scared to do so?
