Last night saw the official release of Disney Plus’ newest original feature Disenchanted, the sequel to the 2007 Disney hit Enchanted.
Upon the release of the picture Disney unveiled the full official soundtrack for the movie which includes several amazing tracks such as ‘Love Power’ performed by Disney Legend Idina Menzel and ‘Even More Enchanted’ performed by our very own Giselle Amy Adams.
Disenchanted throughout has some truly beautiful scores woven from scene to scene thanks to the incomparable Alan Menken, with Stephen Schwartz lending a hand with the soundtrack lyrics.
Just like in the previous entry Amy Adams encapsulates the true essence of a Disney Princess with her beautiful and bubbly singing with ‘Even More Enchanted’ truly capturing the magic of the original movie.
We won’t give away any movie spoilers but we will say our favourites include ‘Perfect’ performed by Gabriella Baldacchino, a sassy villain number entitled ‘Badder’ performed by both Adams and Maya Rudolph as well as the breath-taking hit ‘Love Power’ by Idina Menzel.
If you haven’t already checked out Disenchanted we highly recommend watching the movie first to feel the true magic of the soundtrack, especially avoiding the reprise of ‘Love Power’ if you haven’t had chance to watch it just yet.
